Welcome to the City of Longview’s Neighborhood Cleanup Program
The innovative NEAT program has been created to offer your neighborhood the opportunity to collect and dispose of unwanted trash, bulky waste, and yard debris. The NEAT program is a partnership between the City of Longview and neighborhoods like yours. This program allows your neighborhood to receive free drop boxes to be used to dispose of excess trash, bulky waste, and yard debris. These boxes and their disposal costs are free to you and to those residing in your neighborhood. In return, we ask that you gather the volunteers to plan and run your event.
